Didn't see that coming!

My uncle was checking facebook, and saw that one of his high school friends put up a picture of his family meeting for Thanksgiving. (I think that was why they were meeting)
The friend's post says: Spending time with my sisters, Dennis Quaid, and the dog!
First off, there was no dog in the picture.... Second, I was like: Wait...…. Dennis Quaid???
I look in the picture, and sure enough, there he is! Right there in the picture! I am now VERY confused at how they know each other. It turns out that Dennis is married to this guys cousin's sister, or something like that. He is 66, his wife is 27! WOW, just WOW. Plus, how weird/awesome would that be to know him!?!?
