Why do very early swings keep biting me in the rear lately?

I made a themed yankee squad to try abs make WS this month yet i can’t get out of all star bc i keep getting bit in the [censored] by very early swings resulting in hits even had a couple go for HRs today. What’s the deal with this anyone else just giving up crappy hits left and right lately?

I hit 3 perfect perfect fly balls for lazy fly outs. I hit an early fly ball is a homerun. This game hitting engine is a [censored] mess.

I had some perfect/perfect outs as well today it feels like a crapshoot again which just sucks. It stings even more when you give up these crappy hits and don’t get me wrong it goes both ways but my opponents have been blessed much more than me this month. For most of the year the game was playable but this just feels like 18 again.
