I have a ton of excess cards for which I have no further use after finishing Stage 4 of the Affinity missions.
I will be unloading excess cards throughout the day at very friendly prices for those who are still active in the Marketplace and could use a hand.
Most of the excess is in the 70 to 74 range of overall ratings, as they're by FAR the best way to build up exchange points via cost-efficient means.
For example, a short while ago I put up 30 Madison Bumgarner cards (74 rating) at 444 and below, down to 222. The card has been selling for 700 to 900 Stubs all week.

Better example: 33 Randy Dobnaks just went up for 55 each, previously selling at 333. Enjoy!

Better yet, remove the cap and let them sell for what they will sell. Separate the wheat from the chaff.

I exchanged a ton, but I got bored after a few teams. Logged on last night after work, exchanged some more team affinities. I may do more exchanges later. No idea if I’ll ever get to playing a game with these new cards. I haven’t yet. I did play a game the other day with all topps now and MA cards to get the program stars as I still haven’t hit 300 yet, but it was an away game at shippet with many homers and I had to stop right after.

I sold off close to 1000 76-78 players over the weekend. I need a long break from flipping.

Yeah I gave up working the market. Stubs are worthless really, nothing has any value except the cards you can’t purchase because demand outweighs supply. Now, I have my Alomar, Chipper and Goose etc. I’m not being salty about it, but if you’ve played all year long and finished every collection, gained all these cards, you’re really no better off than someone who started playing last month. The cards you spent weeks grinding for, or working the market for the stubs to buy, are actually straight garbage compared to the cards that are 7-8k to buy right now.
I’m interested to see how SDS intend to resell us the exact same product again next year, given the way this year has panned out. Usually it’s a juiced version of next years cover athlete and a bunch of empty promises, but the juiced cards are losing appeal and the promises are wearing thin, given they repeatedly fail to deliver with any consistency. Maybe the simple act of releasing the same flawed game for next gen systems and casting the net into as yet untapped markets on XBox and Switch will be enough to get through another year with the same tired engine. I cannot wait to see if the issue with outfielders not catching the ball near walls returns, or players running through solid objects to make catches in the stands, or the catcher meter. Yawn.

After FINALLY unloading every player card which could be sold, 95% of them at DEEEEEP discounts, I've now got 1,580,669 Stubs and no reason to spend any of them on anything unless new challenges appear.
Periodically, say at least once each time that I log on to play, I'm going to use some Stubs to buy a bunch of cards and then re-sell them at just above Quick Sell values or just above the current high bid.
I'm not going to be announcing which cards or which times, nor will I buy big batches of individual cards, as I noticed that earlier discounts were helping one or two people who were following my progress through the Marketplace list.

How could someone follow your market list?

It could be my imagination, of course... but I did go straight down the Marketplace's list and I fiddled with the timing and pricing enough to get a sense that I had a shadow. Nothing wrong with that, of course!
