Stolen base meter gone?

Everytime I am pitching now, the meter to throw out runners is gone now??? A glitch or a setting thing?

I had it happen earlier in the season.
I reinstalled the game and it fixed it. -
You don’t get a throwing meter if you’re not using button accuracy or you’re timing to throw the ball in a steal situation is late. Believe it or not catcher throwing is a timing thing as well

You need to be using button accuracy and have showtime moments turned on. I had this problem too. Showtime moments were turned off - I turned them back on and the meter came back.

Checked those settings after reading this, but still no good. I’ve not had a catcher throwing meter for my RTTS catcher yet in 2 1/2 seasons. Settings have been button accuracy with throwing meter on, and showtime opportunities on also, the whole time. I gave up trying to figure it out.
I read somewhere else that perhaps reinstalling the game could do the trick. I wonder...

I think there are two places where you need to have the Showtime moments turned on. I think there is one in the normal settings and another in the mode-specific settings. Not sure if that could be it. I've heard of smoother people saying that uninstalling does the trick. That could be it too.
