Stubs. Good or bad Strategy
-
So in anticipation of TA4, I've been stockpiling tons of LS cards. I started out with 750K worth of stubs and began buying 8 to 25 of every silver player and 5 each of half the gold's available on certain teams. I also have sold none of my gold and silver rewards from games or packs.
Should I sell now before the stub sale ends of risk waiting until TA4 drops in case prices rise? -
Probably sell now. Nobody who stockpiled at ta3 really profited because the fotf was sellable.
-
I did something similar. I bought about 50 of all of the 76-78 cards which should be more than enough for TA4 and still have some to resell at higher prices. I also bought some high diamonds that were cheap to resell because some people like to use high diamonds for the TAs to save time.
And I have to disagree with the post above me. I made a ton of money reselling silvers in TA3.

Aren’t prices super low right now?
-
I don't think there will be a massive rise for TA4, must of the exciting legends have been used, and the period between TA3 to TA4 was a lot longer then TA2 to TA3, I myself have been able to stockpile so many silvers and bronzes just from opening the free packs I've gotten from various places. I am fully set for TA4 without having to run for the market
But I've been wrong before, who knows.

Same. I sold all FOTF players Day 1 and put in buy orders at 50% of sale. Got 26 of the 30 back, at that price, with a big profit.

Hold, and sell all your excess after you complete your own TA4. Ive been stockpiling 88+ diamonds around the 5k mark, 84 golds around 1k, 79 silvers less than 500 stubbs. 89 diamonds will have the highest return since it only takes 1 to get 10 points. Worse case you can quick sell and get your 5k back. Zero risk.

Should I sell now before the stub sale ends of risk waiting until TA4 drops in case prices rise?I bought the 93+ diamonds like Salvador Perez and Daniel Murphy (Washington) when there was an abundance available from conquest reward packs. Easiest and won’t take forever. See what comes out this week with conquest maps and stack those cards.
