How do I adjust the sound of pitches and batter

Hi I got a new Ps4pro and for some reason the sounds are completely different. The sound of the batter hitting the ball is soft and the pitches are softer as well . I’ve messed around settings but just can’t seem to figure it out. Also when they catch the ball used to be a popping sound this is soft as well. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I had this too once. try all the different volume options on game. If this doesn't work it's likely your tv or monitor.

I use headphones and have tried adjusting settings. It’s unreal frustrating. I honestly could deal with the no perfect perfect but losing the pitch sounds are tough

It could be your headphones. Make sure they're plugged in all the way or try audio without headphones.
