Showdown confuses me.

Decided to play some extra Showdown for the XP and because I'm bored.
Replaying the 9th Inning one.
First attempt: Make it all the way to the final down 5 runs. Lose 15-10. Didn't get ONE hit. EVERYTHING was hit weak or was a warning track shot.
Jansen never threw more than 2 balls per AB.
Second Atrempt: Messed up on some of the little missions and went it down 7-15; so I needed 9 runs.
Jansen couldnt hit the zone and if he did, it was a meatball.
He actually walked the bases loaded with my first three batters and hit the next two before he threw his first strike.
Ending up scoring my 9 runs and only had 3 outs.
Weird.

Not confusing. Your whole story just says that you struggle to hit the guy. You won when he walked and beaned the guys in for runs and lost when he was throwing plenty of strikes
Seems pretty clear to me
