Event players watch out

I won’t post their PSN. But their team name is “xbh with postseason players I quit please” and they bat Joc and Muncy 1 and 2 with no other postseason players.
I’m just trying to prestige Kershaw and quit after 2 innings usually anyways. This guy squared up to bunt before I can even decide if I’ll help him or not. Whatever I let him bunt his xbh’s. He tries to score the lead runner so I throw him out. When he doesn’t quit I’m now determined to win and realize I have to strand the runner with one out. Doesn’t work. He hits a bomb first pitch and replays it. I eventually fought back and hit a walk off for the win. I’m not very good so to come back in a 3 inning game on hall of fame was by far my most satisfying win of the year.
Keep an eye out for that guy.

I did something similar once and came back from down five. It was quite satisfying.

Exact same reason that is way I don't help people anymore in an events game. Because they are sooooo many that want take advantage of the community. I really feel bad for those that will keep their promise but sorry no sorry

Never help people with prestige or getting hits with certain type of cards. If they want to prestige or need hits with certain types of cards make them earn it.

My favorite was some guy named "One win away from Goose, please help". Does he really think anyone is going to forfeit and give him a win when we're all trying to get to 50 to get to Goose? Fortunately I beat him.

I got a couple messages like that last night, I don’t even respond anymore. I’ll offer the friendly so they might find some other schmuck to fool, but we’re literally 7 days out from finishing the event. If you were 1 win away from somebody just win a [censored] game, you’re not fooling anybody.

This is why I have messages turned off to all but Friends (as well as retaining my sanity by avoiding all the folks who send nasty grams when they lose (or win)..

Yeah I started to turn my messages off, Between the events begging for hits, And lately people been crying during ranked games lol. Enough of that

My favorite is when they beg for stats or "please quit", yet they're rocking a WS banner.

I am certain many of the event quits I face are due to my messages being off.
