MOOKIE’s Catch was a GOAT move...

I’d appreciate the catches more if Joe Buck wasn’t in the booth. He makes more noise about Bellinger catching a pop up than Pache robbing a homer.

Sounds like a Hater to me... both catches were great... so appreciate the players not how the announcers talk about em lol

Flawless logic there. Only thing I hate is when bias interferes with someone’s ability to do their job. I shouldn’t have to watch a playoff game on mute to enjoy it:

Idk it seems like your pretty angry about something that doesn’t really matter.. lol also you gotta put into affect the moments those catches were happening too... but this is some gooood baseball to me...

I’m not angry at all. Mookie has made some great plays and it definitely has been some great baseball. I just don’t like Joe Buck and his need for “momentum shift” narratives. The shoe string catch and Ozuna leaving early were important, but I would give Will Smith more credit for his home run than Mookie for “waking the bats up”.

Nawww that catch DEFINITELY was a momentum shift I thought that INSTANTLY after it happened.. then first batter (seager) hits a HR

Seager has been a man possessed this series no matter how the momentum is swinging.

His two At bats before that were bad real bad.. and after his HR the next two batter were warning track fly outs! That’s when I noticed our At-bats were better

I tell you right now, Joe Buck has NO bias to the Dodgers lol. His narrative may sound like he is leaning one way or the other from time to time, but that is just him reaching for stuff to say. And depends on the person listening. Dodgers fans probably feels he talks about the Braves too much. A former Cardinal guy probably isnt leaning one way or the other o these things.

I feel it because of how much Smoltz is suppressing his Braves bias. He’s being hard on the Braves and Joe Buck is hopping right on. I’ve always heard of a west coast bias from Buck despite him being a Cardinals guy.

Joe Buck is one of the most disliked commentators in sports. Maybe second to Meth Bowins - I mean Beth Mowins

I would argue that had more to do with the pitching change than anything, but it’s definitely possible.

I would rather listen to nails on a chalkboard for 3 hours than listen to Beth Mowins call another football game.

I forgot about Gary and Verne until I turned it over to CBS... Danielson is extremely annoying. At least Verne retired. I think they would eat Saban’s used toilet paper.
