MLB the Show 2020 Limited edition: Who’s line out is it anyways??
The game where the cards are made up and the input doesn’t matter

Don't forget those times where the 1B freezes instead of running to the bag for the force out. Always see those brain freezes in real life as well, they're so shook up by fielding the ball that they immediately go into a state of trance I guess.

- A strike zone that blatantly doesn't match the rule book
- Baserunners that go back to 2nd to tag up on balls off the wall and in the gap
- Wild pitches that hit the back stop and bounce straight back to home plate 95% of the time
- Check swings not being strikes 90% of the time
- 2 strike check swing appeals not being strikes 99.9% of the time
- Outfielders that don't care about getting the ball in quickly to get baserunners out or keep them from advancing
- Elite power hitters putting perfect swings on balls but not having the strength to hit HRs
- Base stealers waiting for a RHP to basically throw the ball before starting their steal attempt even though he's using a huge leg kick
- Not being able to score from 2nd base on a base hit to a corner outfielder
- Every throw from the outfield to a base being perfectly accurate
- Pitchers throwing 102MPH in the 9th inning 100 pitches into their outing
- High sinkers being one of the most effective out pitches
- Every pitcher having 15+ MPH difference between their fastball and changeup
- 90% of runs being scored via HRs
- Pitchers with elite control not being able to consistently hit their spots
But besides those things the game plays super realistically! Just like real baseball!
The high sinker is the nail in the coffin.
Also I don't think h/k's should be the only attribute that matters. There some great pitchers in the game. But unfortunately being that they use hits and k's per 9. U can't use those cards. So the only effective pitching cards in the game are pitches with a sinkers who have high hits and k's per 9. Which is a shame. -
You missed early being the meta, over the good or perfect timing and contact. Or the fact that silver and below defenders are way better then gold or diamond defenders. I mean all of us have been rewarded for early swings, but it’s starting to become unbearable

Manny Ramirez confirmed!

And let's not forget about the on-line guys that hit perfect/perfect every single swing they make every single at bat! Including: pitches thrown in the dirt, far outside, far inside, at their head, behind their backs <sarcasm>.

Pitchers throwing 102MPH in the 9th inning 100 pitches into their outing,
You couldn't be more correct about this one. So ridiculous.

It's laughable in the Extreme Showdown. Pearson gets up to 190 pitches and loses absolutely nothing

Yeah, it's supposed to be an outlier perk. Last I checked, an outlier meant it could happen but was rare. This [censored] is the standard.
