There are so many interchangeable players that could be in and endgame lineup. The only definitive endgame team members are: Honus, Sale, Wagner, Miller. All other players could easily be swapped out for someone else.
Don’t know how you can say the best player in the game (Mays) isn’t a definitive “end game” team member..
He would be in my endgame.But you could have an argument for three other OF.
Griffey, Bellinger, Ruth and Williams could be considered better hitters and if you put hitting above all else he wouldn’t start on that team.Thanks for sharing, that’s really nice.

Anyway, it’s correct because not EVERYONE hits with Mays there are some who don’t. For those Mays wouldn’t be in their endgame. You see endgame lineup is 100% subjective. Not everyone has to have your experience to be correct.

Yessir. He’s made maybe 1 or 2 costly errors for me ever since getting him but he makes up for it at the plate so I don’t even pay attention to an error if he makes one

I was going to go catcher CAP and that was final, but my dumbass accidentally went power thinking I was picking the balanced bat. And that one sucks.

Yea I liked using pudge I know I was one of the few like yourself but I basically went Cap->pudge for a long time->finest JT-> Posada
