I'm guessing the people who were sitting 11-0 are keeping him to try him. They'll go 12-0 again. I figure in a week or so they'll start falling off pretty quick.

I’m thinking I might be settling for that [censored] red chipper as a lefty killer off the bench.

Well, this is a pretty emphatic reply to anyone who says SDS paywall these kind of cards to drive stub sales. You could buy stubs for days and not get Chipper or Wagner. Interesting as a comparison to last years model, where they gave you three really good cards as inning bosses, but you could only earn one, the other two had to be brought.

Lol this makes me think that a stub sale is coming to tease us and maybe sucker that guy that drops $700, unaware of the situation at hand.

I wanted Chipper, but I guess I'll survive without him. I have a Mil stubs but don't want to use it all on Wagner or Chipper. I think the biggest problem is the amount of these cards that are going to be out there. They are going to be crazy scarce because it's set up this way and, yes, the game is winding down. I know I play it up until the next one, like a lot of you on here. But its just facts that the player base has, and will, taper off. Now, the guys able to go 12-0 might keep going. But they are probably stub rich. Do they want to keep doing BR just to sell Chipper to the rest of us? I honestly can't picture it. Sure, there will be some. But in the grand scheme of things, there just won't be very many of this card. Kind of sad. And the second year in a row that Chipper is on the expensive side.
