Is it just me, or do pitchers get off the rubber so fast and get to every ball??? They make the most athletic plays I’ve ever seen on this game

I agree with the OP that pretty much all the pitchers get off the rubber quickly and get to balls. lazy toast is dead on though, for those that have used Maddux he's on an entirely different level. He does have a ton of gold gloves though like someone mentioned so it makes sense, his D on the mound is by far the best in this game.

Wow, never used Buehrle so I didn't realize that. Maddux has higher fielding at 97 but only 74 reaction so Buehrle might win.
