I want to get this card too but not sure when to buy it. My guess would be that it goes down up until the event is over as more people get it, like someone mentioned, supply and demand. My plan was to wait until the even is over or almost over and buy him, but his price has gone up over the past couple days. He's sitting at about 480k right now and just a few days ago he was at 380k so I'm not sure what do do.

I hear ya man, 50 wins seems like a lot though to me. I've never really gotten into playing the events too much so I'm not sure what the competition is or how difficult it would be to get to 50. I've also got a lot of stubs saved up so stubs aren't that much of an issue at this point. I would still like to buy him for as cheap as possible though.

Gossage is the best RHP reliever and it’s not close. Own all the others and his stuff is just way better than Jansen, Gagne or Mo.

Wins come a lot easier than RS and the competition is a lot more watered down. But to each his own. Good luck bud.

That's interesting. I would have figured that the competition would be more difficult with a lot of the top players trying to get that card. RS is what I play the most and that's what I'm used to but if the events are how you say it might be worth a shot. Not sure if I would be able to get to 50 wins with only 20 days left or whatever, that's a lot of games. I might get into it though the next time they have one where the reward is worth playing like this Goose card.

True, and that doesn't seem like a lot especially with 6 inning games or whatever they are. Factor in the amount of times I might loose though and that could make it a lot more. I am curious now, I might give it a shot or at least play a couple of games and see how it goes.

This rounds only 3 inning games, so you can rack up wins fairly quickly.

This round ends Monday night though. 1st round was 6 IP so I can see the next one going to 6 IP with Quick Counts but who knows.
But agree that Events are easier to get wins in the RS.

I didn't realize they even had rounds and the amount of innings changes. When it started I thought it was 6 innings and just assumed that's what it was. 3 innings seems much more doable. Even 6 innings with quick counts like rosborn mentioned would go by pretty quick I would think.

Plus there are loads of people who quit after in events you only have to really play the whole game for like 15 out of the 50 needed wins.
