Any suggestions on my rotation

Currently my rotation is:
99 CY Kluber (no sell)
98 SS Newhouser (no sell)
97 CY Young Grienke (sellable)
97 Future Stars May (sellable)
93 Prime Oswalt (no sell)I have 128k stubs currently. I do have another 345k tied up in market for MVP Henderson if someone would sell him lol
PS: I’m just a casual player, but would like to play more RS

Newhouser is less of a threat these days to online players. If you're interested in dabbling more in RS, I'd suggest benching Hal and going with someone else. A sneaky - and budget - option might be the SS Cole Hamels if you need a LH starter. You could also go with Kershaw, as mentioned.
FotF Hershiser and Wood are good additions too.

I really like Kershaw and Wood as well. I can't pitch with Hershiser for some reason.

Just throw high sinkers to both sides and mix in the cutter occasionally. His curve can be used effectivley to some hitters just dont show it a lot. He's freaking money.

Tier 1 options- Maddux, Orel, Seaver(if you grind)
Tier 2: MadBum, Hamels, MadMax
Tier 3: Whitley, maybe FelixKershaw is good, but I'm not sure what you're willing to give up to get him.

Orel is a must. Also, go get the 99 Gibson for completing the conquest

Hamels is great cheap lefty. Cliff Lee, similar. Free Whitey Ford in the store right now too. Haven't used him yet.
