Can I continue my franchise with PS 5?

I started franchise frome season 2018 with the show 18.
Now I am enjoying the year, 2024.
I played all games for myself.
No game was simulated.
I hope we can continue our franchise with PS 5.

I have heard that there might be a PS5 Version of this show coming at or around launch... Hopefully, that will be the case so that we can easily carry over our franchises without hassle. Though I think as long as our saves are cloud-based we should be ok.
