With a fresh map Does anyone know how to get to Oakland before or on 5 turns. After the third Reinforcement it doesn't allow me to reinforce on that side anymore.
And three reinforcement is not enough fans to go straight to Oakland. I hope I don't have to steal fans again because I done that part already.

Definitely have to steal fans. if you cant reinforce somewhere it’s because another team probably broke the chain.

You can just keep trying if you dont want to play extra games. Keep trying until you get a favorable sim. Sometimes takes many retries, and you will have to play them on HoF or higher, but that is the way I did all those turn based ones that were far out. Got to them all without playing anyone else.
