New Pitching in RS/BR
-
I am all for the stamina for pitching and the ability to start an opener, but during the stream it sounded like Ramone said you could bring a starter in relief in BR? I get the reasoning (like a playoff scenario), but don't necessarily want that to be a capability in RS. Thoughts?
Still very excited for this game and the changes

I am actually excited for these. But what is going to frustrate me is when I go up against an opponent who may have far more energy then my pitchers, just because he may of had a person quite early or whatever.

Yeah I wonder if quitting will knock your energy a certain amount by default. Otherwise we may see an uptick in quitting

Yea like if you win via a quit and only play 3 innnings, do you get your energy levels filled as if you played a full game? @Victor_SDS would you know?

Either way, it will just take some time to get used to the new game. Fine by me

I predict we will be facing a lot of starters out of the bullpen. Great. So much for working the count to get to your opponent’s pen.

I am still curious if this is actually possible. Ramone mentioned it for BR but I am not 100% sure it is true. Or if it is true for RS too.
I would be pretty upset if it is. Even though I think the smarter players will still use a starting rotation

The players who DID NOT play in that game would have some of their energy refilled, no matter how long the game goes.
