Luis Robert has completely fallen apart

He’s hitting .103 for the month of September (.235 for the year) and has 1 XBH the entire month. Yet SDS still has him as a gold.

You still salty that Kyle Lewis isn't given as much attention and love as Robert?

Yes !! So I will continue to bring it up. They finally did Lewis right on his defense last update and bumped him from the 50s to an 80. But he’s running away with the ROY award so there’s no reason he should be silver and Robert gold.

I am too and I love the White Sox. Lol

Haha. Yeah Robert has been slumping that's true. Curious to see if he can break out of it and make things interesting. Lewis is also great, I think they'll both have good careers.

I can hit a slider at 40 better than Luis Robert can right now.
That’s been a lot of guy’s downfall in the MLB.
He needs to figure it out. Watching him have them ugly swings these last few weeks is brutal.

There’s only a week left of the season. I don’t think there’s anything Robert could do at this point to close the gap.

You never know man, crazier things have happened. Like Ben Simmons winning ROY in the NBA.

Interesting fact though, Luis Robert is still the favorite to win AL ROY according to the bookmakers.

It’s because unfortunately Kyle Lewis is actually struggling just as bad. I think it was about .175 in his last 28. He’s got more walks and homers throughout the time but they’re both hitting a rough stretch.
Completely biased obviously, but I still say that Kyle Lewis is the MVP of the rookies, pending anything crazy over this final 10 games or so.

Guess I should dump the 200 extras I'm sitting on if him.

That’s nuts. The numbers aren’t even close.
Lewis
.287/.382/.486/.868, 52H, 3 2B, 11HR, 35R, 28RBI, 29BB, 58K, 3SB, 142 wRC+, 1.8 WAR.Robert
.235/.294/.464/.758, 42H, 8 2B, 11HR, 29R, 30RBI, 15BB, 64K, 8SB, 104 wRC+, 1.6 WAR.I am pretty sure Robert’s .235 BA would be the worst ever for a ROY winner.
