Hey SDS: Are you hiring? You should be.

Judging by the SDS streams, there certainly seem to be many SDS employees who spend a ton of time developing, supporting, and playing the game, and likely put in way more than 40 hours/week doing so.
The event is frustrating when trying to complete offensive missions, but it is a great way to prestige Pitchers. It also is a way to really improve your bunting and base stealing skills.
I'm actually more frustrated with RS. I just can't even get back to 700 like years past. Once I get to the Wildcard, when I score 5 or 6 I'm giving up 7 or 8. When I hold them to 1 or 2, I can't score anything..

Exactly. I for like these event requirements. Most people around here act like events is a brand new mode which has the sole purpose of prestiging players. This is more in line with what events were in previous years. I play events because I can’t play 2 RS games in a row without getting pissed off. Events is supposed to be for people to take a break from RS. God forbid you can’t get a + 3 attribute difference for your players in this one

What's worse? SDS employees who are good at video game stuff in general but don't know baseball or employees that are baseball experts but not sure how to make the video game itself good (in terms of events, moments, etc)?

This is the exact type of event they should have at the start of the year. Instead at the start they had one were people had to field commons because the game didn’t even have enough of the required cards available, doesn’t make much sense.

Well you got people complaining about common and bronze dailies. Next they put in an event with bronze and commons and people still complain.
No matter what they ever do, events, headliners, player programs, showdowns, moments, all you see is complaining. Bunch of crybabies
Not to mention the complaining about players that should have 55 speed instead of 49. It’s ridiculous
And no, Irony is not lost on me. I’m complaining about complainers. It’s just always so negative on here. So annoying

I get changing up the events, at the same time, a bunch of new cards dropped and some people don’t like ranked. I personally wanna play with 99 tatis for a little before I hop on ranked

With all due respect, the last thing I want to do in a HOF event is to play a bunch of bunt cheesers because the players you can pick (singles hitters or bronze and commons) can't hit. Not interested at all.

Genuinely curious...do you think the devs, programmers, etc for SDS play this game to the extent their consumers do?
EX: Im the lone IT guy for a building of about 200 people. When im done with work for the day the last thing i want to do when i get home is try solving my wife and kid's tech problems...im burnt out.
Was wondering myself if same thing applies in the gaming industry? Do the employees spend countless hours playing their own games like we do? Or are they pretty much burnt out after release and from keeping up with updates, content, etc?
I'm not sure about this, but I would think they have testers for that reason. I don't think a lot programmers have a great baseball mind. Therefore they have others tell them what needs to be adjusted and changed.

I realize I'll lessen my chances of securing a job at SDS by sharing this but this event could be better. They could allow the defense to have an Extra infielder and the outfield 2 extra fielders. Possibly make all outfield walls 300 ft. High too!. You're welcome SDS.

It nice not playing at shippet and having to actually string hits together. Good changeup in gameplay for a few weeks

Whats the point of a forum... I dont think its to only talk about how happy we all are... Are we all suppose to hold hands and be happy with everything? Its to express your thought. Just because you lack general respect doesnt mean these people should stop. Ive realize how simple it is to find a thread to be in. This one aint it I realize after 2 posts.
