Do y’all think Nelson Cruz could go diamond even if thought he’s just the DH? He’s crushed the ball offensively and deserves to bump
Up, but does his status as DH affect his chances? Just curious as to what everyone else thinks. -
He has like 30 fielding. His hitting attributes can’t get much better. Only way he goes diamond is if for some reason they change his position to LF or 1B

I mean, how much more can they really increase his hitting stats?
Not saying it's impossible, but his hitting stats are already through the roof

I mean his vision is only 45, but he’s hitting .323 and has an OBP of .413, id like to think that could be enough to boost his vision high enough to go diamond.

The vision stat has to do with strikeout rate, not average or OBP, and his current strikeout rate is 2% higher then last year.
