Who do you have at first? You could easily slide Babe there then Ted is your LF. Robert can be a bench/ defensive replacement. I think you should do it. If I ever have the stubs, I am buying him no hesitation

One of my fave players, if I had the stubs I'd pick him up, but there really is no need. He's going to be on the bench. If you have Babe at 1st then Musial is a GREAT bench bat, if you have Musial at 1st Ruth is a GREAT bench bat. What are you getting from Williams that you don't get from those 2? I only want 2 power guys on my bench, a speed guy, and 2 utility type guys. So right now I have Musial, Thomas, Walker (or Cobb if I start Walker) and Robinson. I'll also use Biggio in there sometimes.

I have MY Frank Thomas at first. He is my all time favorite player but I suck donkey balls with him. My thought was moving Minnie to 3B, Babe to 1B, Trout Center, with Robert and Teddy LF and RF. Thomas would be my first bench bat vs lefties

Minnie doesn't have the arm for 3rd imho. Brett is a great option if you can't hit with Schmidt. I'd say Walker if you have him, or Cobb is a much better option than Williams and they're both cheaper.

Not a fan of Musial, just one of those things. This is my first year playing DD and seems that certain cards no matter the overall just rake, like Babe. Not missing anything per say. I do the same I have 3 power guys, 2 speed guy and catcher on the bench normally

oh for sure his arm is not great but he doesnt make errors and i need his bat in the lineup. I bring in Longoria for defense if needed. Bretts great I just like using different cards. Gets old using the same card constantly
