This shows at step 1. I have tried restarting, clearing history, chrome, safari. Nothing works to fix. I want to unlink and relink accountThanks

I'm getting that same error. I have been on twitch since 9 am this morning and haven't received 1 drop. And I can't unlink and relink since the error is happening. Sucks because there is nothing I can do but hope that someway, somehow I have a queue of packs waiting for me. Hopefully someone can help me

Been getting them then just watched ransom and finn for like 2 hrs and nothing

Been watching all day and nothing. Unlinking helped last night and i started geting drops after that. Can't do that tonight because of the error on the TSN page.

Cache cleared and I tried multiple devices (computer, iPad and iPhone) - error message is still there. I also disconnected in twitch but I cannot follow the unlink process through the account page.

Curiously I got a bunch of drops yesterday morning (UK time) - guess this was the result of Friday/Saturday's viewings without receiving the drops, but then nothing for the rest of the day despite watching streams while playing the game.

I ended up with 26. I didn’t watch Thursday or Friday. I watched Saturday evening and all day Sunday. What did everyone else get?

I have about 38 "claimed" on twitch, however they haven't actually made their way into the game.

According to the Drops section of the Twitch app on my phone, I should've had 55 packs waiting to open after my next login to the game... obviously my game didn't get that memo and instead displayed 15 of those packs available in my inventory.
Strange, indeed.

I did receive a reply to my support ticket explaining how drops work. Not sure what part of me saying my twitch account showed 36 packs claimed with none of them making it into the game required that kind of explanation though.

Just a heads up for anyone in the same boat as me here. I received around 6-8 packs on Friday and nothing for Saturday or Sunday despite watching for at least 12 hours each day. SDS informed me that I received all the packs I was entitled to and that the 36 "claimed" packs in my twitch inventory was a glitch of some kind. So I guess 2 hours of watching on Friday =6 packs, but 24 hours on the weekend is worth 0.

Yeah, I received the very same response from SDS even after providing a screen shot of the number of packs that displayed on the "Drops" area of my Twitch account.
My guess? It has something to do with packs of cards in the store being 50% off.
