How do I get the nameplates?

It's been said on here before so you can probably search something similar and find out, but if I remember correctly one is for collecting 30 FOTF cards and one is for 30 future stars. Can't remember for sure but I think that's what it is.

Yep the 30 teams one is 30 FOTF Players and the black and purple one is 30 future stars -
