I believe 1 Prestige level equals 1 Bronze to Diamond level, so it takes much more XP to gain a prestige level.

Yes. Going from level 1 to level 100 prestige is equivalent to going from level 1 bronze to level 100 diamond.

I was a 95 diamond and then cashed in the Mike Trout collection and went all the way up to, I swear I thought it said Prestige lvl 5. And I got a pack for the prestige 5 guys you get throughout the bronze through diamond XP. I chose Sandberg. And now I am a Prestige lvl 2. Do you get that pack at lvl 5 or lvl 1?

You might have hit the daily XP limit and lost some levels. Recommendation is to wait for Prestige 1 before cashing out Trout collection.

It takes 3 times the amount of XP to go up a level once you are at prestige

That is what I was thinking but it originally showed lvl 5 and gave me the reward for it. So, kinda confused. I sent in a ticket just in case.

Forty plus thousand xp a level.....so irritating but the rewards shouldnt be so easy....I'm almost 38 and doubt I'll hit 45 before update ....so be pissed if more than two jump to 90.....oh well... like 4 away from mantle.... we shall see

Glitches that have been patched. Home run derby used to give more xp.
Im prestige 66 now and I feel like I've played a ton.

I am lvl 2 prestige and feel I hardly play this year. I dont play in events or BR, only 20 RS games played. I just done a lot of stuff. Collections and programs and such. If I played H2H like years past i am sure I would be at 100 prestige by now.

So this is actually how prestige XP works. When you hit prestige level 1 your xp level doesn’t reset like it does when you go from bronze 99 to silver 1 and so on and so forth. It’s a continuation of xp from diamond 99. It never resets. So the increase in needed XP continues for each prestige level. Btw, going to prestige 100 will require far more XP than going bronze 1 to diamond 99. Because of the fact that there is no xp reset. I’m sitting at 45 prestige and need like 60k xp just to get to 46. It’s actually on a logarithmic growth rate. That’s why it takes so much xp to go up just one level.

I just wanna reach Prestige 5 for my boosted Buster. Just reached Prestige 1 and it seems like a monumental task with that amount of XP.
