Can a CP get some love?

I thought Liam Hendricks and Kenley Jansen had a good chance to go Diamond for the past couple weeks but apparently closing pitchers and relievers get very little love. Kenley would have been more of a longshot bc of his blown save earlier this week but the week prior I thought he should have gone diamond too. Hendricks has been on fire. No explanation as to why he didn't go diamond .
The way the prices change on the market tells me many other people thought the same. -
Year in and year out, relievers always took a long time to either upgrade or downgrade due to lack of innings pitched unlike starters. I would assume its the same this year. If they keep it up, should be locks to upgrade

It's weird since they've both been solid all season, yet a starter takes one amazing start to jump 5 points in a week...
