Why are there none listed to buy and why is max price $30K? Looks like everyone that has sold is the exact same price.

It's because they're no longer available (they weren't in packs) and they can be used in the Trout vouchers. No supply automatically increases the price and there is some demand which drives it up further.

I wish you could sell them for above 30k. I feel like people who saw they were going to be rare and stocked up on them should be able to profit more from it. I understand why they put a Max cap on card tiers, but when you have 40 orders waiting to have the card sold to them for the max 30k, I think it should raise the cap of how much you can sell them for. Although it could also lead to problems like people doing stub transfers, etc.
