Save up you stubs and when SDS includes a pack with diamonds 89+ in conquest maps buy them up at 6900-qs value and do exchanges it will go quick and after stub rewards and pack you will make a consider amount back. I did this and completed TAs to 100% and made a ton of stubs

Been trying to get the TA done for Trout to pair with Mantle. I have 14/15 programs finished and I'm trying to get the TA Stage 1-2 done asap. I'm currently sitting at nearly 350k in stubs and the constant bidding for silver's has nearly burned out my enthusiasm for this card.

Is it just me or are the prices really inflated right now for these 76-79 silvers? Does anyone have any tips on how they go about these exchanges? I'm aware of theshowzone site, but I'm about to just buy golds at this point even though it's not cost effective to what I've been doing. Currently, I have 12 FOTF cards.

Anyone else feeling the same way?

Just buy the diamonds at quicksell prices. Might spend a little extra but cpu grind is unbearable. Stubs are easy to get nowadays. Trout is worth every playing second you can get him in the lineup

Unbearable for sure and this has been week 3 for me working on it for a few hours a day. And you are correct - every time I'm bidding I think I should be spending this time playing Trout. Thanks for the tip btw.

If I were you I would spend every stub I have getting all teams to 100% and selling all the rewards along the way. You should be able to get every team completed through stage 3 with no problem with the amount of stubs you have. You will probably get some decent poles along the way as well as selling the stage 3 bosses.

Some of the stage 3 bosses (a few anyway 13-20k) I can just buy outright with stubs. Or stay the course on the exchanges?

Why would you buy them? You still have to unlock them through the point system. If you buy them on the market you still have to earn them through the team affinities progress.

Overthinking that one. Was looking at the Mattingly card in particular. Your point stands. You're the voice of reason again. Thanks buddy.

I'm saying do exchanges until you get the card you earn and then sell it and use that for more exchanges. Between doing that and the packs you will end up actually making stubs. Some of those cards still go for around 50K

I didn't do Postseason, Prospects, and Future Stars. I had to grind to get 30 FOTF, couldn't do it all again to get through stage 2.

I was able to finish up the prospects gold and the diamond. I'm sitting at 10/15 for trout and am hoping they drop some postseason players cause most of them are event or WS rewards from the beginning of the year

Good news to report this morning. After a late night, I was able to unlock Trout via the TA grind. Took the advise on buying diamonds via quick sell. If I wasn't so frugal with stubs, I would have finished this a week ago. Whatever, I got him now and can't wait to play with this card. A big thank you to those that gave me some tips and confidence to wrap this program up. Now, I can start selling some Stage 3 guys.

    I love this community.

How did you do overall stubs-wise at the end? I'm about to start this myself.

Well, this might be my next step to finish the FS collection - my last voucher for Uber-Trout. Your word that is was easy enough and not too financially taxing is good enough for me.

I've been trying to finish TA with 72s (51 72s per exchange level), and the market grind for that is so unbearable for me. Quick sell diamonds it is!

Altogether - after clearing Stage 3 for all 30 TA's and the Trout collection reward I made 570,000 stubs. And I have yet to flip most of these Stage 3 cards.

I dented, but didn't break the stubs bank I had from the start of this. Tons of XP and some nice pulls along the way as well from the BIAH packs.

Its crazy that after all is said and done you actually make stubs for attaining Trout. When he dropped, i had all the cards needed to get him immediately and sold the remaining i didn't want. I walked away with 1mil stubs, tons of xp and 99 Trout. Its easier than people think.

You'll be glad you did as I was. The amount of time saved is worth the extra stubs you put in for a very minimal loss. The constant refreshing of my browser to see I got outbid +1 stubs and having to counter - was so time consuming. Some people get angry about that aspect, but that's the way it is.

Can't like this post enough and I 100% agree. See, this is why I tell all my Madden/NBA2K/FIFA buddies why I'm not coming back to those games. That is what makes this game unique, you actually get rewarded for the grind.

I laugh at all the stories they tell about their grinds. Some people never learn.

I had a good amount of the collections done and had a stock pile of some of the cards I only wished I had stock piled the postseason cards. Still working on the Trout collection but I think I have 10 FOTF cards so I'm a third of the way. Does any card for the team count for the exchanges like players league and prospects?

Yes but i recommend using diamonds that are right around quicksell prices. I think one 87 or 88 and one 84 is 50k.
