I finally hit Prestige 1 today and I realized I don't have a plan for who to take first for these. Before Frank Thomas and Jim Thome, I was certain that I'd pick Eric Thames but now with that I have and love both of those cards, I'm not sure.

I know I don't want to take Springer unless he's somehow better than MVP Trout, FS Luis Robert, Mickey Mantle, FOTF Andre Dawson, and HRD Ken Griffey Jr.

So that leaves Jose Ramirez who, on paper, looks kind of underwhelming. I know that he has a nice swing though and his positional versatility is nice but he would likely be a bench bat or platoon with HRD Robinson Cano.

I would take springer first since post season card are so rare and we might need it later for another collection. In honesty, none of them are on my team because I feel other cards are just better right now.

Congrats, i'm almost level 10 on prestige , i plan on taking Thames at level 25 because he can play first and split time with Ruth when i get him.

Yeah, I think I'm going to take Thames. I love his swing, I don't need to overthink this. I have the Trout collection done so I don't need to worry about Postseason cards or whatever -- and plus, like the rest of the baseball world, I'm not the biggest fan of Astros players at this time.

Ramirez, gives you great flexibility and he kills it against righties....first base is a logjam, but Thames is great too.

these cards aren't even valuable anymore. With all the cards available these cards don't make most lineups. They were a lot more attractive a month or two ago. not to mention you still have quite a ways to go to level 25.

I hit 25 a couple of days ago and I took JRam because I like his quick compact swing. He can also play a lot of different positions. Had I hit 25 a couple months back, I would’ve taken Thames. But, I went with team needs & JRam is a solid spot starter and bench bat.
