Can you not quicksell/exchange no sell cards this year?

Last year I know you could quicksell or exchange no sell cards, like cards that had been locked into sets. Is that not a thing this year?

They changed it for this year. You can't quicksell locked in cards anymore.

I love the change. Also, they made getting stubs so easy this year most should be fine without this.
