Cody Bellinger POTM against the shift?

Im not that guy... but have found it hard to keep Belly in my lineup. Always in a shift when no one on base.
Does any one lay bunts down with him? 79 speed isnt too bad...

I only do it if im struggling the whole game. But usually i just try to get perfect swing or just late so it goes the other way.

Umm I gave my opinion on a forum thread. And if people haven’t taken the time to go through settings to see what their options are then yes, In my opinion they are idiots...Lazy idiots. Every negative comment isn’t a troll bro. But you go on calling people trolls if it makes you feel better.

Auto-shift needs to get nuked on RS. Put it all on the user, make the user format his field accordingly. Stop the hand holding.

You can adjust the shift in the pause menu. No big deal really.

That's not the point...The point is when you're hitting you probably wouldn't even be shifted on because people would have to know who has pull tendencies and actually learn strategy...which is the crux of a ranked mode.

Well viewing your universal profile you might want to take your own tonic as you can probably use some practice yourself and maybe some tweaking of your settings. Your stats wouldn’t scare my five year old and I would give him a better than average shot at beating you h2h.

I try to bunt down the 3B line anytime that stupid a$$ shift is on for the first 2 strikes, then I swing away. especially against the CPU. half the time when i try it though and push the right stick all the way left, it still bunts it like a missile down the 1B line, but hell, i try, easy single when it works.

I have NEVER said I was a great player. Go ahead and look through all my post history, You won’t find a single one where I state I am a great player. I go back and forth between 40-50 games over .500 & if I play enough I usually make CS. I consider myself a very average player. But imo an average or below average or even awful player should be able to explore their settings lol

Nope, You’re wrong yet again. Go back & read his post & mine again. He was talking about possibly bunting with Beli against the shift & I said it’s absolutely fine to abuse people that are dumb enough to use the shift. I made no nasty comment to the OP nor do I have any ill feelings towards him for what he said....Anything else there champ?

I generally leave the shift on. It tends to work out more often in my favor anyway. Plus if someone wants to bunt for a single with a power bat that’s fine by me, especially with how the game works this year. Side note, I love POTM Bellinger, especially prestiged. He’s a beast.

Any time I've had someone bunt against the shift, they've gotten out.

I've debated turning off the shift but keep it on because I find it helps me with XBH more than hits I give up when pitching. Take the good with the bad.
