Brett or Chipper?
-
George Brett carried me through the Ruth moments.

I use both, and have both prestiged..
Honestly right now I platoon them... start Brett, lefty pitching, use Chipper.. I did better with the regular brett than prestige, same with Chipper, but Chipper's avg is slowly rising.

Brett was the easiest card to prestige in my opinion. He has a great swing. Lots of homeruns and gap shot doubles. Good defense and 65 speed.

Exactly what I do as well

Unfortunately going to platoon Thomas and Ruth once I buy Thomas back... going to be a team of platoons!

I have both prestiged and I start Brett. Chippers swing is great youre just more likely to face RHP so Brett gets the nod until 99 Chipper drops.

Brett. Awesome swing, sneaky power that plays slightly above his attributes. Great D. Chipper is a force with the bat too, but a downgrade defensively - close plays will burn you with him via throwing errors like I found out. Hot shots he doesn't fair as well as Brett.
-
Chipper Jones. Always Chipper Jones. I would play this 96 Chipper Jones over anyone but Mantle and 99 Trout.

Thanks for the input guys. I guess it’s just preference. I’ve always wanted to try out Chipper but he has always been pricey and honestly that defense worries me. But if anything I can get Chipper and for some reason I don’t like him/can’t hit with him I can sell him and get Brett. Since Chipper is about 15,000 stubs more.
