Looking for a SS still as always. Does that Rollins card play similar to brujan?

Haven’t tried Brujan but I have Rollins and he rakes. Good contact, sneaky pop, great speed and amazing defense. Plus he’s a switch hitter. Banks has better power but that’s about it. I might pick him up for my bench just because he’s a Cub

Are you using a CAP this year? If so do you have him at Catcher?

I rotate Catcher and SS for my cap but I like him at C with 99 blocking and 110+ contact switch hitter so SS has been an issue for me. I value diamond D and 90+ arm with a good bat which has been hard to find besides a CAP

Totally understood. I wish earlier in the year I grinded my CAP Catcher so I had that flexibility also. I know I still can, I just despise grinding any more innings vs CPU. I should just bite the bullet. To answer your question though I used Rollins and he was a huge help in getting me to WS last ranked season. Smooth swing like other mentioned. Speed is in the group of elite. Switch hitter. And defense elite for his position. I wish he had a secondary because my CAP SS is maxed out with diamond equipment and probably wouldn't be substituted unless he was the winning run on second bottom of 9th and needed speed on basepaths. In short, Rollins IMO.

Rollins is best all around short stop. I don't use cap, never have, never will.

I'm a huge fan of Rollins. I think my only complaint is he has the more squished strike zone and PCI since he's a little shorter. Thats my only issue with Rollins. Everything else is Aces.

If you value diamond D at short then Rollins is the way to go. Banks is the better hitter but i value D also so ive got Rollins. While Banks is the better hitter Rollins is still a very good hitter too in his own right. If you want the BEST defense at short go with Ozzie. I used him for a long time before picking up Rollins and his D is by far the best. He's also a base hit machine with good speed, just lacks the power.

I’ve used Ozzie for about 400 at bats and I love him also. I just wish he had90+ arm and he’d be my endgame SS

I agree, I loved using that Ozzie card. Arm strength could be better but it's not terrible and he can get to everything so quickly with his speed and reaction that he can kind of make up for it at times. I had a hard time replacing him but decided to give Rollins a try and that card has been working out for me. Not quite as good as Ozzie defensively but offensively he gets on base for me at about the same rate as Ozzie did but with more HR power, and even more gap and doubles power than Ozzie has.
