Reggie is good but not great at this point in the year. Harper has better defense and a better bat, plus a wayyyy better swing. Go with Harper if you can’t afford a trout, mantle or walker

We are at the point that we can play cards more on personal preference rather than just ratings since most cards now are 99s or high 90s.

It will come down to, whose swing do you do better with.
