No one is confirmed, it's all speculation. No matter who the bosses are, they will play great and be worth having. People complained left and right when Walker was first announced, now there isn't a competitive team without him in RF.
The title of this thread is misleading. He needs to change it. Walter Johnson would be the only one not worth having lol. Harper would be average and Frank would be a beast
Harper will probably be fantastic, his swing is butter, and we have no idea what defensive attributes they'll give him. The guy was throwing 97 MPH at 17 years old, he has an arm.
The problem with Harper is that there are sooo many outfield options. I hope they give him gold defense but it is very unlikely. Frank would fit well for me, I need that guy that destroys lefties other than Posey. I also want to move prestige Belli to the outfield
I like the idea about Frank, but being so close to getting 99 Babe Ruth and already having to move 99 Ortiz from 1st to the bench gives me no room for Frank Thomas. Now if FT does have the better attributes then Bryce Harper then I would move Babe to LF and put Thomas at 1st. I guess we will find out in 2 hours.
Same, I’m at 80/100 lol. I’m fine with putting Babe in left tho. Not many balls are hit there and the arm is ok with ok speed and fielding, I’ll just hide him there
Very good point. I already have 99 Mantle in CF and 99 Trout in RF & obviously neither one of them are going anywhere. Obviously Babe is to good for the bench and with a lingering hole in LF it seems like the perfect spot for him. Like I mentioned it comes down to who has the better attributes BH or FT. If its Harper, he would go to LF and Babe to 1st and if its Thomas then Babe to LF and Thomas to first. Either way it looks like 99 Ortiz is sadly going to the bench.

97 Belli isn't bad, I just can't hit with him. Same issue with 99 Larry Walker
.Belli prestiged has that diamond defense I need out there. I’m streaky with him. I haven’t tried walker

I'm at 40/100 on Babe moments, but with them being 3 innings each I should be able to get them done tonight and tomorrow morning before 7th inning comes out.

I was just going off of his sig card last year. What ever card he gets this year will be similar. He also didn’t have a slider or cutter last year which hurts him
Fair enough. But I loved his SS card last year! He was lights out (or “lights oot,” as our Canadian allies would say). Also, he had pretty respectable hitting attributes for a SP. I didn’t realize he could swing it when I pulled his card last year, but he hit a no-doubter in his first game (maybe even in his first AB) and he was always a tougher out than my opponents would realize.

Only card I really need now Griffey for outfield or a good SS. Maybe a couple more SP options.

Agree to disagree. Other than Mantle and Trout, he's the most valuable card in the game. Harper doesn't come close to him this upcoming inning.
