SS Suggestions

Rollins 1000%. Once he’s prestiged he gets bomber too. Quick swing and gets great animations in the field. Gets to balls most guys won’t.
-
Trevor Story

Rollins is a beast. Story is solid too but his stats against righties and his lack of diamond defense just wasn't enough for me to justify keeping him over Jimmy.
-
Ask Robin Yount to take off his glasses, let down his hair, and change out of those paint-covered overalls and you’ll see that he’s no longer the tomboy beanpole with the skinned knees and the farty BO. He’s blossomed into a genuine knockout right before your eyes, and you never even realized it...

I’ve read all over different forums that Yount, Banks, Rollins are the crème de la crème of the SS position.

J-roll, done deal.

Depends on what you want. Rollins is outstanding in the field, a switch hitter and very good at the plate and on the base paths. He’s a total package.
Banks plays very solid D and has a ton of power. Also, anecdotally, he seems to come through in big moments for me.
I had Banks, got Rollins and eventually went back to Banks. Rollins is a tremendous asset on the bench. If only he could play 2nd base...

In my opinion, the balanced CAP with diamond equipment is still the best SS option in the game.

Ozzie Ozzie Ozzie

Best SS is balanced CAP with the best equipment, and it’s not close

I have become a big fan of Story. With the velocities coming out I have found his quicker bat more productive than Banks. Rollins was solid as well but Story feels like a slight defensive downgrade and average offensive upgrade. But I am old and reflexes aren't what they use to be so I need to quick swing assistance.

Banks/Story/Jroll, just pick what you prefer...or save stubs and CAP

CAP is the best if you don't mind the grind.
-
Didi is incredible, free, and less of a grind.
-
Banks is going to be your best option at the plate from the right side, gold fielding and noticeably slower.
-
Rollins does everything well.
