His swing is beautiful...he just has the arm strength of a 7 year old.

I have him at first
There’s so many good LH options at first. Should throw Belli in the OF and give a shot with Musial, Ortiz, Thome, Ruth, etc. at first.

McCutchen was a monster for me. That contact vs righties really made his power play up. Avg 1hr/9 abs with him. I just got Mantle so he's on the bench but wow was he was a surprise

Yeah Luis Robert is pretty legit. McCutchen is also a pretty good cheap options. But the best OF options are the expensive ones (for good reason) Trout and Mantle are the best two by a pretty decent margin

Tony Gwynn? McCutchen is good, Al Kaline, there are many solid options

Give Brock a shot. he's pretty cheap (35k) but he and Rod Carew have been my best players in events. Brock is amazing, with really surprising power, and of course....99 Speed.

Dude I just bought Robert. If you have the stubs get him and have fun. If stubs are an issue Cutch has everything. Contact, power, some speed and D. Going for like 20k now. But I do endorse Robert 100% although I never had the privilege to use mantle or Trout

Why not Ruth? Hard to find a better lefty bat, especially for 0 stubs.

Brock is my best hitter, 400+ RS abs, but I sat him for Robert for now. Christian Pache (98) has been fantastic too.

I have Mantle in CF, Walker in RF and Brock in LF. Brock has been way better for me than Carlson - who doesn't play to his attributes. At least he didn't for me.
I have Hornsby from the pack, but I have Jackie and Biggio and HRD Cano at 2B already. Looking at that Robert card, though I don't know if I need him now that I have Brock.

Myself, and many others, value defense above offense (as long as the offense is still great). Pache and Robert are the only two 90+ speed cards in the game that have diamond fielding at all three OF positions.

This all day. Im new to DD but quickly learned defense is huge so I go with high contact high speed guys. Makes a ton a difference. Nothing like losing a game on an error, just hurts so much more. I Just put Robert and Lofton in the outfield and no ball drops every lol

Right on. In the last HOF game I played for Babe, Pache was in RF. He started towards a bloop hit that went from white, to red, to white. He caught a ball no one else in the game would have gotten to. That's the first time I've seen that happen (I've played....a lot)
