Do you get to use your DD squads in these games? Or are you stuck using premade teams like in the Signature Teams thing from last year?
This looks like a pretty solid innings grind for us offline elites. You online casuals may not like it.
(whatever happened to joshjay? it's not even worth it to make fun of him if he's not here).
15k stubs and idk how many xp but basically just doing the all star games gets you 2 awards diamonds even more stubs and a ton of standards packs. Worth it for sure. I just know getting Babe is gonna be impossible or [censored] near it

Thanks for the free card, but it makes no sense that SDS gives Future Stars higher power stats than Babe Ruth. Gotta be kidding right? If there’s one player in the game that should have 125 power, should easily be Ruth.
-
Just beat the final 9 Inning HOF one. Not too bad, went with speed everywhere and it panned out well.
-
-
I wonder if this was the plan all along or they realized the Trout Collection was underwhelming so they tried to make up for it with this. Either way I like the idea.

As someone whos average/below average at the game, I'll enjoy my rewards for 60 stars lol...tried a few on hall of fame, but the jump from AS to HOF is just too fast for me.
if it is to fast using zone try usually directional hitting
I already use directional, the speed differential is just insane to me on HOF.
My OF is Trout, Mantle, Walker anyways, and if Mays or Griffey is attainable, it would have been a logjam anyways. Sucks, but there are other cards.

Well I know what I'm doing this weekend and for the foreseeable future lol, all-star should be fine, it's hall of fame that seems a bit daunting.
When it comes to moments, I like to start with the most challenging ones and trickle my way down. If you get past the HOF ones, it may make the AS ones seem easier.

I did it i beat the All timers team. Blackmon is an animal, first pitch off the bench go ahead homerun over the roof of the stadium. Still can't velieve i won that.

This card is based on his 1923 reason exclusively. He only hit 41 home runs that year. He had several better power seasons.

I cannot believe he was only MVP once ...

Run an all speed team. Bunt the hell out of the ball. Get on base, swipe 2nd and 3rd. Repeat.

Is it really that hard beating the CPU on HOF? I'm pretty much a strictly online player but I think I'll give this one a shot. If nothing else I'd like to get far enough into it to get that Hoffman card. Being a Padre fan I'd like to add him to my pen. I can at least get that from playing a bunch of the 3 inning games on all star. I would like to get Babe too though but if it's that difficult on HOF not sure if I will.

I don't think they were allowed to win it more than once back then.
Also those 41 homers were more than a few different teams

Very true. 41 HR's back then are not equal to 41 HR's now. There were 4 teams in 1923 that had 41 or fewer home runs. That would be like someone coming on the scene today and smashing 200 bombs in a season.

They didn't have your Coors Field and Minute Maid oarks. Fields back then had bigger dimensions generally speaking.

I completed all but one of the HOF games on my first try. They’re not too bad, the only thing that stinks is that the games are 6 innings so they take a bit and the CP spoils a lot of pitches

100%, huge ballparks. Makes 41 that much more impressive.
