OPS+ (Mario Mendoza Checks In)

Looking at my stats this season (my first one after taking two months off), I finish with a 17-13 record, a 609 ranking and an incredibly robust slash line of .203/.250/.373. I know I’m a horrible hitter, but I do win games and wonder how I compare with the rest of you guys. Is my OPS+ 65 (based on a league average line of .260/.330/.420) or is everybody struggling at the dish right now?

I'm not much of a home run hitter, my slugging % is far below what the average WS player is, but I feel like I make up for it a bit with an above-average OBP.
14-7 this season (didn't grind for WS) .285/.362/.457.
(We actually have about the same ISO, you at .170, me at .172)

It would be cool if they could figure out OPS+, ERA+, WAR, etc for ranked seasons, though if those numbers are too high or too low, it would indicate a problem in the game, so I can understand why those stats aren’t in there.

That’s pretty impressive to have a .203 BA and have a record above .500, you must be a hell of a pitcher

This season I had an ERA of 2.95 a WHIP of 1.01 and an Opponent Avg of .206 over 195 IP.
For years, I’ve had to rely on pitching. Even when I played as a kid and in college (about 150 years ago) I was a weak hitter and had to rely on pitching and baseball acumen just to scrounge up the last roster spot. -
