You know what it’s going to take for sds to get their heads out of their 4th point of contact? It going to take a baseball game that actually rewards user input over rng. If another developer could do that, sds would step up their game

Yes, they were good. Better than me on that day, for sure.
It is just kind of odd that so much would go against me for such a long stretch. I’m a pretty good player, too. And I put the bat on the ball. It’s not like I’m up there flailing at every pitch and striking out twenty times a game.
But you’re right. My opponents weren’t slouches by any means.

I have lost 9 of my last 10 in Ranked, bringing my record to 105-58. That’s a winning percentage of .644.
The winning percentages of the guys that I’ve lost to are:

.555
.647
.679
.735
.554
.626Only three had a better winning percentage than me, and one just barely.
I don’t expect to win every game, even against guys with a lower winning percentage. It’s baseball. Anyone can get beat on any day. But to go from winning approximately 65% of your games down to 10% is too much to bear!
Anyway, I thought I’d share my misery with the community. I’m kind of having fun with it now in the sense that I am genuinely curious as to how bad it can get.

If these guys had a lot of games under their belt like a record of 200-180 or something they are probably guys that just play online all the time and probably try different cards left and right but have a main lineup to try and make WS.

It definitely seems that way. Guys are absolutely grinding at-bats and pitching very stingy. It’s been a hard season.

One thing that this game has shown me as a gamer is that one day you’re good the next you’re trash (at least for myself). Sometimes I just get doubts when playing these online games, like one game you can hit then the next you can’t for 6 innings. But that’s how baseball is in real life too unfortunately.

I’m new to online, so I set-up an “all gold” line-up (thinking it would match me with an opponent, with all gold = wrong, lol). My opponent had all Diamonds, but I was able to pull out the win somehow. My record online is like 2-6, so still learning.

I wouldn’t say I’m back because both games were very sweaty and I barely won. Still, feels redemptive.

Lol. I feel you. But the win percentage don’t mean [censored]. I mean technically you could play to a guy with a 1-0 record and he would have a better percentage: mines 45-17 and I feel like I suck
