Won 50 event games, game says 49?

I’ve won 50 event games and is says so in the leaderboard but in my reward screen is says 49. How can I rectify this?

Support wont add a game so thats pointless the only option you have is to win another... Ive complained alot about being disconnected and what not... I Karen'd the hell out of Support
