thnx again everyone. MY TEAM IS
SP- 94 Kyle H, 92 Lefty Grove, 89 Chase Anderson, LS Strasburg, LS Morton, LS Flaherty
RP - 85 Garrett
CP - 90 Treinen, 88 Doolittle
1B - 95 Edwin, LS Pete Alonso
2B - 95 Nick Madrigal, LS DJ lemahieu
3B - 89 Moncada, 93 Todd Frazier, LS Chapman
SS - 86 Bichette, LS Baez
LF - LS Acuna
CF _ Cutch(man i suck with him but i stupidly locked him in)
RF - 94 Ozuna,
back up OF i have LS Judge and 86 Gallo
I by the low LS diamond players for 5k cause you get the stubs right back but i dont really use themThanks for the line-up!
I think you'd benefit from Jackie Robinson, Didi, and Bellinger (play him in Outfield), get Paxton from the monthly program. For a relativly quick corner outfielder with speed and contact - not really power - Griffey Sr. from the father's Day program.Great advise. I Almost have Belli and only need 5 more stars for Griffey Sr. Def gonna work on Didi next I think
Didi will change your expectations for a SS. Amazing card.
Yea really want Cal but his price is way over what I have and I hear more about Didi than any other SS on here
The consensus I've seen about Cal (and any cal card) is that his swing isn't good. Looks good on paper but under-performs from swing animation and mechanics.
Just broke my heart man lol. Well hopefully my favorite player of all time, Big Hurt, gets a good card soon
I'm of an age where cal was a MLB god when I was a kid, so I feel you pain.

If you’re ballin on a budget, I’ve had success with Anthony Santandar, Chris Davis, Khris Davis, Brandon Lowe and LS Edwin Encarnacion but that’s was back in April idk with all the cards out now might be hard to hit against FotF Palmer or something.

Thanks for the reply man. I like Edwin and he’s on my Sox now which is a plus. I’m gonna try both Davis’s

Arguably best bang for your buck from a card. Also plays corner infield positions as secondary very well.

fotf blackmon
Right as I was reading this there was a notification Blackmon singles and drove in a run against the Padres lol. Perfect timing
-
CarGo is a free 90 CF you get from playing his program. Plays good D, hits lefties and righty’s, has good speed. He was in my outfield for a long time

I second this big time!! Something about his swing is glitchy. I’ve tried every 2B in the game, and he has outperformed all of them by far. He’s had several clutch bombs for me on my WS runs also!

I have the Cal card (he was my hero growing up) and in my limited use I have raked with him. I paid 60k for his card and at this point that looks like a steal.

Sharing my budget beasts, LS Bogaerts and Rizzo were both great for me this year. They have batted .300 + for me this year online and I'm only a .225 hitter in ranked. The only other guys I've been able to keep over .300 any length of time are 99s. I've also done really well with LS Cris Sale and Aroldis Chapman. I think this game is very playable with a low overall team if you can find those guys who overplay their stats for you. I think a good way to try different cards out is Battle Royal... you can try out anybody their without having to buy or grind them first.

Ok going to have to get Murphy now. You guys are awesome

Cool thanks man. Yea I never just like to use a card because it’s the highest overall. I like to mix it up. Especially name recognition. If I don’t care for the player or if he’s a rival or I have no clue who he is actually is I won’t use them. Just how I like to play. I know 99 looks nice but doesn’t bother me
