I really thought Betances was going to be good.
It looks like Diaz needs a change of scenery ala Sonny Gray.
But you can't blame NYC if there are no fans in the stands. -

As a Mets fan, when Familia seems like the best option out of the bullpen you know its a dark time.

Hate it for Mets fans, because I know how it feels... we certainly had our share in Smoltz’s last year in the A. Our bullpen wouldn’t let him have a win for at least half the year.
As I saw someone suggest to Jordan Schaefer a few years ago on twitter... “If you’re looking for a job, my cousin’s friend is almost an assistant manager at Spencer’s.”

They made that Shreve guy look like the second coming of Bruce Sutter. Better bullpen management possibly wins that game for the Mets.

I would say the Mets pen looks like one of the worst ever but the 2012 and 2013 tigers take the cake on that one

Oh for sure Travis is getting a topps moment card - he was cut by the Mets and literally had one of the best at bats I have seen this season, laid off two breaking balls got the fastball on 2-0 and just ripped it to right center ... Braves need Sunday’s game Bc we fave degrom Monday ( sighs $
