Need pitching / relievers - advice

I have pulled two Trouts in the last week or so, sold both, and have the most stubs at one time I've ever had in this game. I want to try and get better online and pitching I feel like is my weakness. Hitting is a another conversation LOL.
I have a little over 600,000 stubs and would like to add at min a great pitcher and great reliever.
Who do you guys suggest??
Starters:
99 Smoltz (Soon prestige)
99 Kluber
99 Paxton (soon prestige)
98 Orel (Soon prestige)
96 Felix (soon prestige)I feel most of my relievers suck!

95 Dibble and 99 Mize. you could also add 97 Chapman

Dibble was on the radar for sure! Thank you. I will look into Mize at well. Does the 97 Chapman perform a lot better than his live series?

95 Dibble, should be even better relief pitchers released soon, so I would try out Dibble and wait and see who’s released later. Oh, and just one more thing sir... Live series Chapman is still incredible for me

I hear there is a difference and worth the upgrade. LS is good and should be in every pen if they don't have the 97, but the sig version is better, and rightly so, and if you can get the 97, you should.
Note: this is all based on what I've heard. I've neglected high-end relievers in my line-up because I'm a n00b.

This thread is pretty much where I would rate most pitchers. Besides the team affinity Graterol. I still think he’s one of the hardest to hit.

Yes, he has more control and a changeup. Really hard to hit. I've also used him in BR and he seems amazing

Yes, he has more control and a changeup. Really hard to hit. I've also used him in BR and he seems amazing
I’m really surprised his LS doesn’t have a change up. Altuve holds jersey lol

Kerry Wood has been very good to me. Maddux has been great so far. Greinke and Marichal are serviceable.
