Can someone please share the bosses from TA showdowns please. All three stages.

They Can vary.
From my experience:
ALW: Verlander
ALC: Greinke, FOTF Boyd
ALE: Cole
NLW: Buehler
NLC: Hader
NLE: deGrom
AL and NL showdowns are future stars. If I remember correctly all are RHP except COL
East Central and West are FOTF from that region
