Event ideas

I've seen a lot of complaints about the current event. They're right, what is the difference between this even and ranked? I'm just going to toss out a few ideas for some events I'd like to see.
Live series only (a few different options, only golds, cap the team at certain level, or any live series card is usable)
FOTF only (fill the rest of the team with bronze)
FS and Prospects
Last but not least silvers or lower with the event rewards being something substantial. It would show how good someone is given all the lower rated cards.

I think they'll end up doing every event you just described, maybe not to the tee but similar enough. I agree though, not a fan of the current event. But I don't think much of it, its super easy rewards so its whatever. Just not as fun which stinks.

..Thats kind of the point of this event. Use whatever card you want. Likely planned it with the intention of requiring or at least having the option to use prestige cards as part of the big collection and events are the best place to grind those stats.

I want some real outside-the-box ones:
- USA (hitters) vs. the World (pitchers) and vice versa
- Monsters (players over 240 lbs) and Midgets (< 200)
- Rings-only Invitational (only players on WS winning teams eligible)
- Ernie Banks Invitational (only players who have never made playoffs)

Pretty much. Losing doesn't hurt your ranked rating and games are quicker which means you can cycle through pitchers faster.
