Market prices?

I'm nowhere near done with collections, so I don't care about that. My question is I was going to spend some stubs on a few guys I want. Should I do it now, or wait until tomorrow?? Will prices go up or down because of everyone trying to get collections done for the big one? First year playing DD so I have no idea what to expect. Any help is appreciated thanks!!

It all depends on who the reward is. If it is a huge name the market will go bonkers, if it is a less desirable card the market will go bonkers at first and then settle down.

I'd buy who you want and enjoy the game. If you over pay, oh well, you have who you want. Stubs are easy enough to get in the game this year, you'll make it back up either way.

If you are that far way, wait. The market has already spiked.
The time to buy has passed. Save your stubs and see how the market reacts after the reveal.
The market will settle once the "I gotta have it first" crowd further inflate the market. You might have to piece the collection together over the long run rather than finishing it quickly. -
Some cards will spike and stay high those are the cards that you can not get anymore except on the Market, Other cards will go up and then come down. It really depends on the cards you want and what cards we will need to do for the collection. Last year we did not know or at least I did not know or was prepared for the Wagner collection, This year Most will be prepared for it.

Well I took your advice and I'm happy with my haul. I really splurged and ended up with Britton, Ellsbury, Robert's, Kemp, and El Duque. Spent a lot im happy. My bullpen is elite now. Can't wait to try everyone out!!!

I absolutely agree. I found that out pretty early on. I love trying out random new cards that might not be popular, but I don't care. I buy cards, try them, and then sell them off and buy someone new if I don't like them. But, after buying Britton today I have built what I feel is the perfect bullpen. I have a lot of stubs wrapped up in it but I don't care. I got Gagne, Fingers, Franco, Britton, Dibble, and Sig series Chapman and I love it
