Event Withdrawl

After grinding out 65 wins in Prime Time Event(s) I am finding it extremely hard to get motivated for this event.
It does not help that I do not like the current format either.
I think I played way too much over a short period of time and burned myself out.Does anyone else feel this way after an event grind?

It's almost like they want you to prestige your guys, like they'll be needed for something in the future. Why else in the middle of the year have a no restrictions event?

I think I am just burned out. The rewards are not the best either, unless they will be key for tomorrow's chase collection reveal.

Not a fan, its basically RS, but only 3 innings and plays a bit better. Don't get me wrong, it helps me work on Prestige Davis, but still events are better when you are able to use cards you dont ordinarily use.

Terrible. Hitting around .240. I'm getting close, runs are going to take the longest.

I found that once you only need runs to prestige a player to use him as a pinch runner

Lol, i think for me its more of a matter of my ability to hit and find ways to not score, lol. But yeah it maybe what i will do.

to me the rewards are bleh Upton is just ok but a corner OF I don't know if he will even make a lot of new players lineup and Simmons is basically a worse Ozzie but alas 2 more awards series players for tomorrow

That was my thinking. So if they are needed I will hit the event, but there is a part 2 so let's see if they change up the format.

I really enjoyed the last event and have not enjoyed this one at all. Hitting seemed great in the last one but it appears that they lowered the hitting sliders in this one??? The exit velocities have been terrible for me. I had a perfect perfect with Thome that didn't make it to the warning track and only had 87 mph exit velocity. Many other squared with good timing that were 75-85 mph. Most games have been 3 or less runs each which is crazy for all star. Just not fun for me when you feel like you are hitting good but not getting results.

The last one was common pitchers this one you face the best pitchers in the game, Hitting did not change, the pitchers you have to face changed.

The only rewards that matter are the DOTP and HRD, if you want big collection reward, need to get these cards, either earn them in the event, or others earn them and lower the price tag. So the rewards are worth it, if you are going for the big collection card.

No, I'm talking about the one that just wrapped up. It was prime/Signature/Awards and FOTF players for both pitching and hitting.
