Team Affinity packs not showing up

I just added 20 points to stage one of the Reds team affinity(currently 69/70) The problem is the 3 team affinity pack is not in there. I go to my inventory and my packs and nothing is there. I closed out the application and went back in and it's still not there. The game shows it as redeemed same with Votto. Votto is there but no packs.

Has this happened to you before? Is it just some glitch that will fix itself?

I’ve had a similar problem with live series collection and not getting xp/stubs i contacted support and they never responded I never got the stuff

Well I sent in a support ticket so hopefully I get those packs. Sucks that you never got your stuff.
