Twitch drops

How exactly do you get twitch drops? I made an account, linked it, verified it. Ive watched 2 SDS streams and have had one of their partner streams on for the last 2 hours and have gotten 0 packs from all 3 so far.

I think it said it starts at noon pacific time today.

You also need to watch the streams live. Recordings don't give drops

Also when you are on twitch up in the top right you'll see your icon there, it will have a grey dot or a green one, make sure it's green,every time I go on I am auto logged in but my dot is always grey(view as offline) and I have to fix it.

I noticed this yesterday too. In the past, I never had that issue. But it certainly was the case yesterday.

Submit bug. -> Account issues. Top right of your screen is where you'll find Submit Bug

How does one get the packs for watching the streamers today and tomorrow????

I got one today for watching the entire stream yesterday. Is this the normal amount or is it just random and independent of watch time?

Everything is based on how long you watch. It isn't random.

They wont fix mine. Just ignore my messages. Everything is linked, but they have cost me 15-20 packs. Last time I messaged they sent an email saying they didnt see were I viewed the stream. Even though I watched the whole thing on 3 different platforms logged in on each. This time I sent screenshots and no response.

Its been working for me for the opening weekend streams. I'm watching it on the actual twitch app instead of on a browser so I dont know if thats making a difference
